James H. Hooker

James H. Hooker, President and CEO
Jim is responsible for establishing Televerde’s strategic focus as a premier provider of performance-based customer acquisition and marketing services for technology companies.

Mr. Hooker started the company more than 12 years ago, with a mission to help client’s solve big problems through market intelligence and lead generation programs. The results has been consistently exceeding expectations of clients and delivering stellar results.

Jim strongly advocates that clients are to be provided with a second-to-none experience based on extreme customer service and the best return on investment attainable. The goal he sets for the Televerde team is clear - set the bar on great performance and then continually drive to exceed it.

Experience of working with some of the top high tech companies in the industry has helped Televerde continue to grow and offer the highest quality services to clients.

With an advanced business degree in finance, Jim has successfully navigated key initiatives from direct financing relationships to uniquely craft direct and indirect sales and marketing programs.

Prior to founding Televerde, Jim served as President and COO of PacificCorp Capital, one of the top five diversified computer leasing companies in the United States. He also served as an Executive Vice President for Pacific Atlantic formed through a merger with a Bell Atlantic subsidiary. Having begun his career with IBM, he also was involved in three successful start-ups including Ceres Capital Corp., where he was President and CEO.

On a personal note, Jim ranked third in the world as a novice bridge player in the American Contract Bridge League in 1993. One of his finest accomplishments was to be voted "the" best parent fan in support of his son Joey's 2004-05 Big Red Cornell wrestling team (fourth place, NCAA).

Vince Barsolo

Vince Barsolo, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Barsolo has been contributing to the growth and success of Televerde for over a decade. His leadership has helped define the best practices and operational efficiencies that ensure Televerde has the capacity and means to exceed customer expectations.

He currently directs Televerde's strategic business planning and operational activities including P&L analysis, budgetary planning, building operations, expansion initiatives and oversight of the four call center operations.

Vince joined Televerde in 1997 in the role of Call Center Supervisor where, as a star performer, he quickly rose through the ranks to a senior managerial position. His hands on experience provides for a foundation of experience that is valuable to the operations.

Prior to Televerde, Vince worked for Touchdown Publications and Prudential Insurance. His career highlights include creating sales networks, earning a Customer Service Trainer certification, and developing successful key account relationships.

When he's not in the office, Vince enjoys escaping to his cabin in Prescott, Arizona, golfing and supporting his favorite sports teams. His philosophy: "Continue to work on your game, come to play every day and have fun."

Donna J. Kent

Donna J. Kent, Senior VP of Global Sales, Marketing and Services
With 25 years of broad-based business performance experience, including significant expertise in finance, sales, marketing and operations on national and global platforms, Donna Kent drives Televerde’s global approach for its customer base. She identifies the most effective ways to extend the organization’s unique business model to help clients achieve their customer acquisition and marketing objectives.

She brings to Televerde her strong business acumen, knowledge and operational understanding of running cutting-edge organizations. She led the evolution of various company transitions. She has experience with developing innovations, and applying such into a profitable and integrated business model to the benefit of Televerde and our clients. Having accountability for many strategic and global clients, she appreciates the art and discipline of sales and marketing. Strategically Donna has had first hand experience in the new customer experience genre.

Donna most recently was President and CEO of the Arizona Technology Council where she drove knowledge and awareness to the role of technology as the prime economic driver in the state. She also held several senior management positions at Xerox and founded the Women’s Fair Play League. In 1991, she co-founded Thunder Bay Paper Corporation, followed by the creation of her own business, Thunder Bay Consulting, in 2001.

Donna is a certified educator and a professional facilitator with deep community involvement. As a senior manager with Xerox Corporation, she was Malcolm Baldridge trained, certified and awarded. She serves on the board of the Bioscience Road Map, Maricopa Partnership for Arts and Culture, Governor’s Council on Innovation and Technology, and Phoenix Workforce Connection Board.

Donna attended Long Island University at the CW Post Campus. She spent one year abroad in Florence, Italy with Syracuse University studying the arts and international economics. Donna graduated Magna cum Laude with a dual degree in English and English Education.

She is a native of New York and resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her family.

Elayne N. Kinney

Elayne N. Kinney, Controller
At Televerde, Ms. Kinney is responsible for all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, customer service, purchasing, vendor relations and inventory control.

As the leader of the Finance Department, Elayne manages and oversees the financial processes and practices that enable Televerde to operate efficiently and effectively. In addition, she oversees the daily account management of our client invoicing.

Elayne is a certified public accountant (CPA) with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting and private industry. She is a respected member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

A graduate from Temple University in Philadelphia (Magna Cum Laude), Elayne is continuing her education and currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Phoenix.

Outside the office Elayne spends her free time boating, hiking, camping and riding quads with her husband.

Murray Lisook

Murray Lisook, Vice President, Information Technology Strategies
Murray develops technology strategies and plans that improve the efficiency of Televerde operations. He leads the efforts that enable Televerde to gain better insight into the marketplace and produce superior results for our clients.

Murray is instrumental in providing the infrastructure and foundation for the technological advancements Televerde is making in delivering analytics, marketing intelligence and customer relationship management services.

He's a seasoned technology veteran, with more than 25 years of IT strategy and managerial experience. His previous work provides a backbone of experience and leadership that drives the organization to create new products and services for their high tech clients.

Before joining Televerde, Murray served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at J.J. Croney and Associates, Director of Information Systems at Del Webb Corp and IT Manager at Shasta.

Murray holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix. His sense of adventure includes sailing and skydiving.
