Well, the wait is over in Arizona – Oracle, Ideas Collide, and Televerde launched the very first Phoenix Eloqua User group this month.
Ideas Collide, a leading digital agency, hosted the event at their offices with Eddie Burrell, the local OMC Account Manager on-hand to share news about some exciting upcoming product rollouts. Televerde helped add some insight into ABM with a short presentation on how integrating the “human touch” of Teleservices produces the best results.
Ideas Collide provided the group with some real-life use cases showcasing Effective Full Funnell Marketing through Attainable Eloqua Strategies that utilize dynamic content when designing the customer journey. All great stuff!
