Televerde To Host Innovative Women in Leadership Panel

Industry Leading Executives Rally to Help Incarcerated Women
 Successfully Transition from Prison into Today’s Workplace

Rockville, IN –  August 12, 2019Televerde, the first and only fully integrated sales and marketing technology organization with a proven execution model for generating demand and accelerating sales for the world’s leading B2B companies, will host a panel discussion to shine a light on the challenges and opportunities facing women in today’s workplace. The event, “Lessons from Female Leaders,” will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 from 10 a.m. – noon ET at the Department of Correction in Rockville, Indiana.

“For 25 years, our ladies have been providing our customers with the sales and marketing alignment, strategy and solutions they need to grow, compete, and drive pipeline in new and existing target markets, all from behind prison walls,” said Morag Lucey, CEO of Televerde. “These women have transformed into the most consummate business professionals in the industry. Our goal with this event is to have successful female executives share their insights and experiences to further educate our ladies on how to be true to themselves, successfully navigate obstacles, and thrive in any type of business environment, regardless of their past experiences and missteps.”

During the two-hour event, panelists will share stories and answer questions about how they became leaders in their industry, their most impactful lessons learned, and how they’ve helped other women rise to their potential. They will also address the changing roles of women in the workplace, work/life integration techniques, and provide tangible advice on overcoming and learning from mistakes, whether in their careers or personal lives.

This is the second Women in Leadership Panel that Televerde has hosted this year. The first was held in May at the Department of Corrections in Goodyear, Arizona with female executives from Pitney Bowes, SAP, Televerde, Thulium, and VMWare participating.
