When we did bring Televerde on board, we saw that we were able to reduce our average response time from 44 minutes to 4 minutes. We saw that the opportunities rose with that as well. Prior to utilizing Televerde in my past life, I utilized other third-party SDR and BDR organizations that haven't proven the same level of success. And I know with Televerde you're going to get a certain level of quality that is going to ensure that you are successful.
