Glasgow: A look at the new home of our new European Headquarters
Televerde will add another international location in Glasgow in order to support clients as they grow across the globe. This location would serve as our European headquarters, allow us to help U.S. clients expand or grow throughout European, assist European companies breaking into the Americas, and complement our Cordoba, Argentina contact center with additional language support. In March of this year, we announced we had chosen the famed European port city of Glasgow, Scotland to set up shop. And since then we have been working diligently to bring this location to life, having a great time along the way.
We recently issued a press release with some of the milestones our Glasgow location has reached, including signing the lease on our new office space and moving in, hiring and training our first recruits, and initiating our first demand gen and sales support campaigns for our clients. It’s an exciting time for all of us at Televerde, but especially the team here in Scotland.
Our clients are equally excited about our new European location, as many of them are booking travel and planning to visit us in the UK and see how we’re running their campaigns. Since we’ve had a bit of time to explore the city and what it has to offer, I thought it would be fun to share some of our favorite things about Glasgow. If you’re thinking of visiting, please do! And we hope you find the city as charming, educated, metropolitan and enjoyable as we do. Glasgow City dates back to the sixth century when it was founded by the Christian missionary, Saint Mungo.
