A Message to Our Televerde Team This Pride Month
As we welcome the start of LGBTQIA+ Pride Month, I want to reflect on the values of diversity, inclusion, and respect that are foundational to our identity at Televerde. This month not only commemorates the history and resilience of the LGBTQIA+ community but also reminds us of the ongoing struggle for equality. This struggle resonates deeply with our mission to empower and uplift–a mission that we are committed to every day.
In recent times, the LGBTQIA+ community has increasingly become a topic of discussion in political circles worldwide, often in a negative light. This spotlight, unfortunately, is used to polarize and harm. As a company with a global footprint, we stand unwavering in our belief that hate has no place here. We not only welcome individuals from all walks of life, but we also restate our commitment to diversity and inclusion, recognizing that it is not just a strength but a necessity for us.
Building a culture of belonging does not require us to understand every aspect of lifestyles that differ from ours, but it does demand respect and openness. We don’t have to share the same experiences to appreciate and support each other. We need only to share a commitment to human dignity and mutual respect.

These narratives have broadened our understanding and strengthened our bonds. Their contributions, which are integral to our operations, serve as a testament to the wealth of diversity that enriches our collective efforts and achievements.
As members of the Televerde team, we have a duty to lead by example. We must continue to challenge stereotypes and reshape narratives, advocating for a world that values every individual equally. Rick Parnell once remarked, “To achieve a world of equality and dignity for all, we must alter laws and policies; we must also transform hearts and minds.” His words echo our mission and guide our actions.
