Embracing Transformation at the 2024 Forrester B2B Summit

As we approach the middle of the decade, it’s clear that the business landscape is going through a major transformation. With the 2024 Forrester B2B Summit right around the corner, I’m looking forward to learning more about how the industry is evolving. This event is always one of the highlights of my year, and I’m excited to be there once again with our Televerde team. This will be my sixth year attending the Summit, and let me tell you, it’s been amazing to see how this event has evolved since the days of SiriusDecisions.

Gathering the Innovators and Thinkers

The Forrester B2B Summit has always been a hub for cutting-edge technology and innovative processes. It’s the perfect opportunity to catch up on the latest trends that are shaping our industry and it’s fascinating to see new and upcoming companies showcasing their work.

Whether it’s a fresh software tool or a clever marketing strategy, there’s always something new that can potentially shift how we think about the work that wo do. To me, the case studies presented are particularly valuable, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the technologies in action and the real-world applications driving business forward.

AI: The New Frontier

This year, artificial intelligence takes center stage at the Summit. AI technology is becoming a backbone in our industry, and the sessions at the Summit are a fantastic opportunity to see how others are integrating AI into their businesses. I am particularly excited about the potential applications of AI within Televerde.

Our own Chris Mercer recently hosted a webinar with H2H Author Bryan Kramer, discussing the future of AI in Sales and Marketing (check it out – it’s worth the watch). AI is one of the biggest drivers of change, and we all need to keep up. I’m looking forward to the keynotes and panels exploring how AI can be better integrated into our businesses and learning more about what’s on the horizon.

Networking: The Heart of the Summit

Beyond all the learning opportunities, networking at the B2B Summit is unparalleled. Having attended my first summit nearly a decade ago, I’ve seen many familiar faces over the years. One of the best parts of the Summit is the chance to meet up with old friends and make new ones. It’s awesome to reconnect with folks I’ve met previously —many of whom are now with different companies or have moved up in their careers. It’s by fostering these connections that this event help keep our community tight-knit and vibrant.

And speaking of making connections, be sure to join us at our networking dinner at Ciclo on May 6. It will be a relaxed place to chat and share experiences and insights outside the formal conference environment. Whether you’re a long-time client or just getting to know us, it’s the perfect setting to discuss how we can support each other’s goals.
