A priority laid out by Gov. Doug Ducey for 2020 is to close Arizona’s oldest prison, about 60 miles south of Phoenix in Florence. It caught my attention considering I spoke the other day with a Valley CEO who thinks about our prison system pretty much every waking moment. Here’s why. Read the Phoenix Business Journal article.
