At Televerde, we believe in second chances and the power of transformation. Our prison workforce program gives incarcerated women the opportunity to work, learn, and grow, setting them up for success both during and after their time in prison.
Participants earn wages, gain financial independence, and save for their future. They are also more likely to find good-paying jobs and continue their education after release, with a remarkable 94.1% employment rate and significantly higher earnings compared to national averages. Even more inspiring, our program helps reduce the chances of reoffending, fostering stronger families and communities.
