What excites you most about returning to Televerde?
What excites me most about returning to Televerde is the chance to once again be part of a truly inspirational business model that goes beyond profits and profoundly impacts people’s lives. Televerde isn’t just a company. It is a catalyst for change, offering second chances and empowerment through career-building for incarcerated women. Being able to work in an environment that aligns with my values and contributes to meaningful societal change is incredibly motivating.
How has your time away influenced your vision for the LATAM sales team?
My time away from Televerde deepened my understanding of the distinctive value our portfolio brings to the B2B market. Working with other industry leaders has exposed me to various innovative business approaches and strategies, allowing me to see the specific advantages that set Televerde apart. I’ve gained a greater appreciation for how our offerings consistently add real value to clients by not only meeting business objectives but also creating additional impact through our results-driven approach.
What brought you back to Televerde, and what does it say about the company’s culture?

The LATAM team, whom I’ve had the pleasure of working with the first time around, has been pivotal to my growth and our success in the region. What’s new this time around is an even stronger collaboration with our EMEA team. Their depth of experience and diverse insights are instrumental as we scale and grow, enhancing our impact across the globe.

What are you most looking forward to achieving with your team in LATAM, and how do you plan to make an impact?
In LATAM, I’m most excited to build on the strong foundation Televerde has already established in the region. Over the years, I’ve developed deep relationships with clients, gained a thorough understanding of the market, and built a solid network of contacts that will be instrumental in driving growth. My fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese allows me to connect with clients in their local language, fostering a sense of closeness and enhancing our ability to propose services in a culturally relevant way. I plan to make an impact by leveraging the collaborative approach across regions, ensuring that knowledge and insights are shared to strengthen our overall strategy. The Televerde culture of transparency and teamwork is key to expanding our footprint in LATAM. By working closely with the LATAM team and my leaders we will continue to strengthen Televerde’s position as a trusted and recognized brand in the region.
