Morag Lucey is the CEO of Televerde, a global sales and marketing technology solutions company that specializes in inside sales and demand generation. Morag boasts nearly 20 years of executive leadership experience in marketing & technology: eliminating silos, delivering on revenue and profit targets, and inspiring teams. Morag specializes in transforming the customer experience and solution offerings and creating company-wide strategic messaging alignment.

Morag has a long history of successful company rebrands. As the CMO of Avaya, her rebranding of the company assisted in navigating corporate communications through chapter 11 bankruptcy and, ultimately, its listing on the New York Stock Exchange. As the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Product Management at Convergys, she used her expertise in marketing strategy to position the company for maximum acquisition value.

Morag’s expertise in growing the sales pipeline led to impressive results throughout her career, including 120% achievement in pipeline generation at BAE Systems, 65% growth in the sales pipeline at Convergys, and 15% quarter-over-quarter revenue growth at Avaya.

As the CEO of Televerde, Morag finds fulfillment in using the leadership skills she’s developed over the years, while supporting Televerde’s purpose-driven mission to embrace intentional hiring practices and provide career development opportunities to people who otherwise have limited prospects for sustainable employment. Vince is responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy through acquisitions, strategic partnerships, investments, co-development, and innovation. Vince, who began his career with Televerde in 1995, previously led our call centers in Perryville and played a critical role in the creation of our sales networks, expansion of our contact centers, and key account relationship management. Vince has a degree in Journalism from Northern Arizona University. Vince enjoys escaping to his cabin in Prescott, Arizona, teeing off at new golf courses around the globe, and supporting his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.

Toby leads our business operations to deliver significant and sustainable growth so that we can achieve our mission to provide 10,000 life-changing opportunities over the next decade.

Toby is a seasoned and trusted leader who consistently delivers results. Prior to joining Televerde, Toby was Senior Vice President of U.S. Operations for Empereon Marketing, a leading business process outsourcing company. Toby was responsible for all operational aspects and served many well-known clients at Fortune 500 companies. Toby has also held leadership positions at Walt Disney Company, VXI Global Solutions, TDP Consulting, Equifax Secure and Epoch Internet, continually overachieving in terms of profit margin and revenue growth.

Toby has a wealth of professional certifications including his green belt in Six Sigma and COPC, Call Center Support Services, and Project Management. He is fluent in American Sign Language and is an active volunteer with his church’s food bank.

Jill is a visionary CFO who is focused on strategic movements and fast company growth. She comes to us with 30-years of executive experiences across seven industries. She’s previously served as CFO at Mountainside Fitness, Equipment Brokers Unlimited, DeLorme Associates and National Processing Management Group. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University.

Jill is a strong advocate of the Televerde business model. She’s excited about our new tech stack not only serving our clients but growing our company to reach our goal of transforming 10,000 lives.

Jill is passionate about animals and volunteers with several organizations. She is also an avid world traveler.

Michelle Cirocco is the Executive Director of Televerde Foundation and the Chief Social Responsibility Officer for Televerde. She joined Televerde in 1999 and has held several leadership positions including Chief Marketing Officer. Michelle was recently named a World-Changing Woman in Conscious Business by Conscious Company magazine. Her journey of transformation was also featured by Forbes in a two-part interview. Michelle is a strong customer champion with a tireless commitment to using business as a force for good. Michelle earned her MBA from Arizona State University where she also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Center for Services Leadership. She holds multiple certifications from SiriusDecisions. Michelle is an avid TED fan and organized and hosted TEDxPerryvilleCorrectional, the first TEDx to be held in an Arizona prison. The event looked behind the curtain of incarceration to show the potential that exists in providing second chances. Michelle dedicates a significant amount of her free time giving back to her local community by volunteering for the Phoenix Rescue Mission and Athena International. She is a member of the National Association of Female Executives and MBA Women International.

Chris Daniels is the Global Head of Sales for Televerde. In this role, Chris will lead client retention initiatives and drive new client acquisitions.

Chris is a results-driven sales leader who brings more than 25-years’ experience in customer success, growing revenue, and establishing strategic partnerships. As the Global Head of Sales, Chris is tasked with leading the execution of sales plans and initiatives, implementing innovative sales methodologies to enrich the sales pipeline, retaining and growing the company’s existing customers, and securing new business.

Chris comes to Televerde from CallMiner where he served as Vice President of North America Commercial and Global Inside Sales. Prior to this, he was executive vice president of Client Engagement and Marketing at Clickfox (now BryterCX). Chris also founded and served as CEO for Elevated (Candidate.Guru + Elevated Careers by eHarmony), the first ever artificial intelligence-based all-in-one employee engagement, employment branding and job candidate matching platform. He’s held leadership positions at Acertitude, NICE Systems, Nicom Technologies, and Avaya.

Prior to Candidate.Guru, Chris spent four years as a partner with Acertitude, a New York-based leadership consulting and executive search firm. Immediately prior to joining Acertitude, Chris was based in London as the vice president of Financial Services for NICE Systems, a $1B enterprise software company headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel. Chris had global P&L responsibility for the company’s products and services sold into the financial services market.

Previously, Chris was CEO at Nicom Technologies, Inc., a leading telephony VAR that he exited to a $200M+ systems integrator. He also held several leadership positions with Avaya managing indirect channels and global accounts with revenue responsibility in excess of $250 million.

Soccer is Chris’s life outside of work. It became a family passion when they lived in London. He and his wife Julia and their three kids like to watch it, play it and strategize about it. It’s a minor obsession (5-6 days a week) and great exercise.

Mike Kirby is the Chief Information Officer of Televerde. In this role, Mike oversees Televerde’s global IT organization, including technology strategy, applications, infrastructure, enterprise operations, architecture and program enablement.

Prior to joining Televerde, Mike was the founder and CEO of Telefonix, a company that brings together a unified team of expert engineers and technology consultants with skills and certifications to deploy and run communications technologies, IT and networks across the United Kingdom. Mike started the business at his “kitchen table” in 2002 and transformed it into a thriving converged voice and data consultancy, selling it in March 2020.

Earlier in his career, Mike held leadership and IT positions at Card Connection and B&Q in the UK. When not deep in technology, Mike can be found either on the golf course or mountain bike trails.

Aamna Jalal joined Televerde in January 2019. She is an experienced General Counsel and business strategist with a strong focus on helping companies achieve business goals while adequately managing legal risk. She has proven success as a dynamic business leader adept at building consensus and motivating others.

Prior to joining Televerde, Aamna has worked on both coasts and internationally, negotiating and documenting deals, and advising on risk management, corporate expansion, employment and intellectual property matters. Aamna enjoys cooking, traveling and princess parties with her five year old.

Kellie Walenciak is the head of content and corporate communications for Televerde. In this role, Kellie oversees the development of high-impact content and communications strategies for our growing global organization.

Previously, Kellie spent 14 years at Avaya, where she last served as global head of Employee Engagement and executive communications partner to the CMO, head of HR, and General Counsel. Prior to Avaya, Kellie held marketing and communications roles at Prudential Financial and PSEG Energy Technologies.

Having built a career in communications that spans more than two decades, Kellie has developed a high tolerance for ambiguity, contradiction, and subtlety. She’s a proven grammar stickler and wields a heavy red pen–two traits that are greatly appreciated by her colleagues and completely unappreciated by her closest friends and family.

Kellie gives back to her community by volunteering for the Televerde Foundation in Phoenix, AZ and Farm Sanctuary in Watkins Glen, NY. When she isn’t working, you’ll find Kellie spending time with her husband Matt and their three children, binge-watching a Netflix true-life crime series, hiking, and traveling. She also enjoys vegan cooking, weekends in Manhattan, and the occasional political debate.

Julie Salomone leads our HR function and the Employee Experience team, which includes strategic HR planning; talent recruitment, engagement, development & retention; performance management; employee relations; and compensation and benefits.

Julie joins Televerde with 20 years’ experience working in Human Resources, most recently as head of People Operations for Tuft & Needle. She’s held HR positions at Forever Resorts, Kona Grill, USC Auxiliary Services and Target.

Julie earned a Master of Arts in HR Management from Ottawa University and is PHR certified.

Director, Deutsche Bank

Following graduation from Cornell University in 2008, Joseph worked for a short period at Morgan Stanley in wealth management. He then pursued his MBA through the Mountbatten Institute (accredited through St. Mary’s University London), where he was placed with the Deutsche Bank Prime Brokerage Sales team for an internship in London. The program finished in Bangkok, Thailand, after which he returned to the US in 2011. Joseph is currently a Director of Corporate Banking Coverage at Deutshe Bank and is responsible for idea generation, global client service team coordination, credit analysis and optimal deployment of balance sheet for clients.

Eric is a proven enterprise technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise-level brands to meet and exceed their revenue goals. Eric currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer for Interos. Prior to Interos, Eric served as Marketo’s Chief Sales Officer (CSO). In that role he oversaw Marketo’s global sales operations, which culminated in Marketo’s acquisition by Adobe, the largest-ever acquisition for Vista Equity partner company. Prior to Marketo, Eric served in various roles including President of the Americas at Qlik, President of Global Sales at BlackBerry, President of Global Database and Technology at SAP, as well as SVP and General Manager at Sybase. He began his career as a Yen Options Trader in Chicago. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in political science from the University of Wisconsin Madison and is fluent in English and German.

David Magdol

President and Chief Investment Officer, Main Street Capitol Corporation

David Magdol has worked in various areas of principal investing, investment banking, and commercial banking over his 27-year career. David currently serves as the President and Chief Investment Officer at Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE ticker: MAIN), an investment company he founded with four partners in 2002 and took public in 2007. Main Street provides customized financing solutions to lower middle market and middle market companies operating in diverse industry sectors. Main Street and its related funds currently manage over $4.1 billion of investment capital and make investments ranging from $10 million to $75 million in companies with annual revenues ranging from $20 million to over $1 billion. David serves as the Chairman of Main Street’s four-member Investment Committee is also responsible for sourcing, closing and managing a portfolio of private equity and debt investments for Main Street.

Prior to joining Main Street, David was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group at Lazard Freres & Co. LLC. While at Lazard, his primary responsibilities included new business development and execution of M&A transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients. From 1996 to 2000, David served as a Vice President of McMullen Group, a private equity investment firm capitalized by Dr. John J. McMullen, the ex-owner of the Houston Astros baseball team and New Jersey Devils hockey team. His responsibilities encompassed all aspects of managing a portfolio of private equity investments, including identifying new investment opportunities, negotiating acquisitions/dispositions of portfolio companies and overseeing the operations of certain McMullen owned companies.

David graduated from Skidmore College with a BA in Sociology and a concentration in Business Administration.

Executive Vice President and General Counsel, VMWare

Amy Fliegelman Olli is the Executive Vice President & General Counsel for VMware. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Amy leads VMware’s Global Legal team and compliance organization and champions the company’s commitment to integrity, ethics, compliance and risk management practices.

Prior to joining VMware, Amy served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Avaya. She led the Avaya Law and Global Contracting organization. Prior to Avaya, Amy held a similar position at CA Technologies and spent more than 18 years at IBM.

In 2010, Amy was the winner of Burton’s “Legends in Law” award and was named by the Diversity Journal as a “Woman Worth Watching” in 2011. She was a 2014 winner of the “Aiming High” Award from Legal Momentum. In 2017, Amy was included in Corporate Council’s list of Transformative Leaders and won awards in the categories of Technology, Media & Telecom and Collaborative Leadership.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Oswego and a Juris Doctor degree from Western New England School of Law.
